The short version
I only collect what I need to run the Sprint and stay in touch with you, I keep it safe, I never sell it, and you can ask me to remove it any time. Here's the detail.
What we collect
- Your name and email address when you join the waitlist or buy the Sprint.
- Basic purchase details (what you bought and when). Card payments are processed by Stripe (via MailerLite) — we never see or store your full card details.
- Anything you choose to send us by email.
- If you attend a live session, your participation may be captured in the recording (see below).
How we use it
- To deliver the Sprint — send you your materials, Teams links, recordings and reminders.
- To answer your questions and support you.
- To send you helpful emails and the occasional offer. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the business, and your information may be stored or processed by them: MailerLite (checkout & email), Stripe (card processing), Microsoft Teams (live sessions and recordings), and our website host. We only share what's needed — and we never sell your information to anyone.
Cookies & tracking
Like most websites, ours may use cookies — small files that help us see how the site is being used and make your visit smoother. If you allow cookies, we may collect basic details such as your first name and email to help us look after you. You can switch cookies off in your browser settings any time (some parts of the site may work a little differently if you do).
Advertising & analytics. If we run advertising or analytics tools — for example a Pinterest tag — some information may be shared with those providers to show you more relevant ads. You can opt out through your Pinterest personalisation settings, the AdChoices opt-out, or your device's ad settings.
Session recordings
Our live sessions are recorded so anyone who misses one can catch up. Recordings are shared with participants of that round of the Sprint. By attending live, you understand you may appear in the recording. If you'd rather not, keep your camera and microphone off and ask your questions by email — that's completely fine.
Your privacy during live sessions — please read 💛
Because we meet as a group and every session is recorded and shared, please look after your own privacy:
- Keep what's discussed in the group private. What's shared in the room stays in the room.
- I'd gently suggest you keep your real business name to yourself in the group if you'd prefer to stay private — you never have to share it to take part.
- Be mindful the session is recorded and will go out to others, including people who missed it. Don't share anything you wouldn't want recorded.
- Please don't disclose anything private or sensitive in the group forum — yours or anyone else's.
- If there's something private you'd like me to know before or after a session, email me directly at [email protected] rather than raising it in the group.
Keeping it safe & how long we keep it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, and we only keep it for as long as we need it to support you and meet our record-keeping obligations. Where we handle personal information, we aim to do so consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails, at any time — just email [email protected].
